What is a memorial diamond?
A memorial diamond is a real diamond made from carbon from your loved one's ashes or hair. In our Swiss laboratory the carbon is extracted and the diamond is grown under high pressure and high temperature. It has the same physical, chemical and optical properties as a diamond mined from the earth.

Book a free 40-minute consultation at our North Point showroom. We explain the process, sizes, cuts and prices. There's no pressure to decide.

Order and hand over the ashes.
Sign the order, provide the documents and pay the 50% deposit. Bring the ashes to us, or on request our representatives collect them from a funeral home within Hong Kong.

Made in Switzerland.
About 4–9 months.

Handover in Hong Kong.
Collect your diamond in person and pay the remaining 50%.

A colour that comes from the ashes.
A diamond made from human ashes is naturally white or clear to deep blue. The colour depends purely on the boron content in the ashes.

What we need
For a loved one: 500 g of ashes; otherwise 11 g of hair.
For a pet: 250 g of ashes; otherwise 11 g of fur.
Documents (loved one): Cremation Certificate, Death Certificate, and a copy of the remitter's HK ID card.
Documents (pet): a copy of the remitter's HK ID card only.
Funeral-home collection: on request, our representatives collect ashes from funeral homes within Hong Kong.
Macau and mainland China: order at our Hong Kong showroom, or, if travel is not convenient, contact our Shenzhen colleague on WeChat or 400-639-6686.

Is a memorial diamond a real diamond?
Yes. It is a real diamond, grown in our Swiss laboratory from your loved one's ashes or hair. It has the same physical, chemical and optical properties as a diamond mined from the earth.
What do I need to provide?
For a loved one we need 500 g of ashes, or 11 g of hair if there are fewer ashes. For a pet we need 250 g of ashes, or 11 g of fur if there are fewer. For a loved one, the documents are the Cremation Certificate, the Death Certificate and a copy of the remitter's HK ID card. For a pet, only a copy of the remitter's HK ID card is needed. You can bring the ashes to our showroom. Funeral directors can also collect the ashes and arrange the diamond for the family, or meet us at our showroom to complete the paperwork on site.
How do the ashes travel to Switzerland?
We send your ashes to our Swiss laboratory in 2 parcels, as insurance in case the first goes missing. For 500 g of ashes, we recommend preparing two sealed bags of 250 g each. One tracking code covers both parcels (1 of 2 and 2 of 2).
How long does it take, and how does payment work?
Production takes about 4–9 months. 50% deposit when you place your order, and the remaining 50% when you receive the diamond. You collect your diamond in person at our North Point showroom by appointment.
Can I visit the showroom or talk to someone first?
Yes. Visits are by appointment only: Monday to Friday 10:00–17:00 and Saturday 10:00–12:30. We offer a free 40-minute consultation at our North Point showroom, with no need to decide on the spot. You can book by WhatsApp +852 9227 5020; we'll reply as soon as we can.
I live in Macau or mainland China. How do I order?
You can order at our Hong Kong showroom. If travel is not convenient, contact our Shenzhen colleague on WeChat or call 400-639-6686.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before production starts, and we understand that plans can change. Production starts when we begin processing your ashes or hair. The refund is 90% of your 50% deposit (a 10% administration charge applies), minus any shipping costs already incurred. Before shipping costs, that is 45% of the order price.
How do I collect my diamond?
Your finished diamond is collected in person at our North Point showroom by appointment, so we do not offer delivery.
Can I return my diamond?
Because each diamond is made to order for you, there is no return period once you have received it. If you have any questions before production starts, we are glad to talk them through.
