What does Semper Fides mean?
Semper Fides is Latin for “forever faithful”, a name for the bond between you and your companion.
Semper Fides is Algordanza’s range for pets, created in its own separate laboratory in Domat/Ems, Switzerland.

Confirm your order
Complete the order form with the required documents and confirm the details of your diamond. Pay a 50% deposit when you place your order, and the remaining 50% when you receive the diamond. Order form

We create your diamond
Your ashes or fur are sent to our Swiss laboratory, where our experts create your diamond. Production takes about 4–9 months.

- Second diamond: −5%. Each further diamond: −7.5%.
- Special engraving on raw diamonds: HKD 2,950.

How long does it take to create a diamond?
Production usually takes 4–9 months, depending on the size of the diamond and the number of orders being processed in Switzerland at the time. Laser inscription and jewellery mounting add extra time.

How does payment work?
You pay a 50% deposit when you place your order, and the remaining 50% when you receive the diamond.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before production starts, and we understand that plans can change. Production starts when we begin processing your ashes or fur. The refund is 90% of your 50% deposit (a 10% administration charge applies), minus any shipping costs already incurred. Before shipping costs, that is 45% of the order price.
How do I collect my diamond?
Your finished diamond is collected in person at our North Point showroom by appointment, so we do not offer delivery.
Can I return my diamond?
Because each diamond is made to order for you, there is no return period once you have received it. If you have any questions before production starts, we are glad to talk them through.
