From your first message to collecting your diamond.
Book an appointment to visit our showroom. The 40-minute consultation is free, with no pressure to decide. English consultations are available by advance booking. We explain the process and show samples of our work.
Submit the completed order form and all required documents, and pay the 50% deposit when you order. You will also need to confirm the quantity, size, carat and cut.
Bring the ashes to our showroom after proper preparation: 500 g of ashes for a loved one, or 11 g of hair if there are fewer; 250 g for a pet, or 11 g of fur if there are fewer. Once your order is placed, our team can collect the ashes from the funeral home in Hong Kong at no charge.
The ashes will be sent to our lab in Switzerland with the required specifications, then our experts will get to work in creating your one-of-a-kind diamond.
The completed diamond is brought back to Hong Kong. Every memorial diamond made from human ashes or hair comes with its own Algordanza certificate of origin; every Semper Fides pet diamond comes with its own Semper Fides diamond certificate. You collect it in person at our North Point showroom by appointment, and the final payment is made at this time.
If you would like your diamond set into jewellery, we can refer you to our authorised jeweller in Tsim Sha Tsui; this adds about 2 weeks. You discuss the design and sizing directly with the jeweller.
