Yes. A memorial diamond is a real diamond, grown in our Swiss laboratory from your loved one’s ashes or hair. It has the same physical, chemical and optical properties as a diamond mined from the earth. It is a real, lab-grown diamond, not zirconia.
Production time is 4 to 9 months. 50% deposit when you place your order, and the remaining 50% when you receive the diamond.
Yes. Our North Point showroom is open by appointment: Monday to Friday 10:00–17:00; Saturday 10:00–12:30. We offer a free 40-minute consultation, with no pressure to decide. Our Swiss laboratory is the only one open to visits. Once you have placed an order, you can ask our team to arrange a visit.
From HKD 26,350 for a raw 0.25 ct diamond and HKD 38,250 for a cut and polished 0.25 ct diamond, made from 500 g of ashes. Choose a size and cut in our selector to see your own price.
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before production starts, and we understand that plans can change. Production starts when we begin processing your ashes or hair. The refund is 90% of your 50% deposit (a 10% administration charge applies), minus any shipping costs already incurred. Before shipping costs, that is 45% of the order price.
Your finished diamond is collected in person at our North Point showroom by appointment, so we do not offer delivery.
Because each diamond is made to order for you, there is no return period once you have received it. If you have any questions before production starts, we are glad to talk them through.
