Coping with the loss of someone you love is one of life's most difficult challenges. It can be the most intense type of grief and it could disrupt your physical health, making it difficult to do the most basic things like eat, sleep or even think clearly.  The pain of loss can be overwhelming. Grief is a natural response to loss and is the emotional suffering when someone you love is taken away. We at Algordanza can understand the grieving process can be hard, so would like to offer some well researched and logical methodical strategies to guide you along the journey back to well being.
